South and Southeast Asian Studies

The South & Southeast Asian Studies major offers a choice of two tracks; one in civilizations and the other in languages and literatures of countries in the region. Students work closely with faculty and staff advisers to develop an interdisciplinary curriculum that include a wide and comparative study of South & Southeast Asian cultures, as well as a more focused concentration on their particular area of interest.
