Cognitive Science

Cognitive Science at Berkeley is concerned with the acquisition, representation, and use of knowledge by individual minds, brains, and machines, as well as by groups, institutions, and other social entities. Students in the major draw on methodologies and perspectives from a wide variety of disciplines, including philosophy, psychology, linguistics, computer science, and neuroscience.
